These Supplementary Terms for TIER’s Navigation Service (“Supplementary Terms”) apply to the use of a TIER customer of the navigation service provided in the TIER App (“TIER Navigation Service”). These Supplementary Terms are a supplement to the TIER Terms and Conditions, whose terms are hereby incorporated into these Supplementary Terms by reference. To the extent that terms of the applicable TIER Terms and Conditions conflict with the terms of these Supplementary Terms, the terms of these Supplementary Terms shall govern.

Although we try to ensure that the information provided by the TIER Navigation Service is accurate and up-to-date we cannot guarantee that it will always be so. Route suggestions are for guidance purposes only and they do not replace or take precedence over any directions and instructions shown by street signs or traffic lights or any other routes which you are required to take - for example, in the case of roadworks, road closures or as directed by police officers. You should therefore not rely on the TIER Navigation Service if the guidance it provides differs from the information available on the streets. We do not accept liability for any loss or injury which you may incur as a result of reliance on the TIER Navigation Service, except in the case of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or any other liability to the extent that our liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

TIER is under no obligation to offer the TIER Navigation Service to you. TIER may change, suspend or discontinue the TIER Navigation Service globally or in specific locations at any time and without prior notice.
