Berlin/Amsterdam, January 10, 2024 - TIER and Dott have today announced a preliminary agreement to bring the two companies together to form Europe’s leading micro-mobility operator. The joint entity will continue to operate under the TIER and Dott brands, combining expertise to provide riders and cities with a safe and reliable service as the champion shared mobility provider in Europe.
The transaction is subject to several conditions, and will be only effective upon their fulfilment and closing, expected within 2 months of this announcement.
