At TIER, we know that the cost of transport can be an obstacle to city mobility, and therefore education or employment. To offer more inclusive and fair access to sustainable mobility, TIER has launched the "UK Access Scheme" available to people in the UK.

- NHS employees
- University students and staff
- Apprentices
- Those on low incomes
- Refugees and Asylum seekers
- Disabled people
- Over 65's
- ULEZ scrappage scheme recipients (London only)
How to apply?
Step one
Check the list below for the documents you will need to show eligibility. Take clear photos of the documents and take a selfie with you holding the relevant eligibility card or letter.
Step two
Make sure you have the latest version of our app. Then, visit the help centre in app and send a new message to the team - you’ll get the option UK Access Scheme then follow the instructions to upload your evidence of eligibility. If you need help, a team member will support you.
Step three
We will usually process your request straight away but it may take a little longer. We’ll let you know if/when you are validated in the chat. Your discount will be valid for 1 year. You can apply again after that date if you are still eligible.
