The Tier Mobility GmbH (in the following called TIER), offers online contests and raffles from time to time. Participation in these contests / raffles is subject to the following conditions of participation.

Data protection

By participating in the contests / raffles, the participant expressly agrees that TIER may store the necessary data for the duration of the Contest / raffle. The participant is free at any time to revoke his or her consent and thus withdraw from participation. TIER points out that all personal data of the participant will not be made accessible to third parties. The winners agree to the publication of their name and place of residence.


Depending on the campaign, the contests / raffles are either carried out automatically or in cooperation with partners. The contests / raffles will only take place within Europe. Only participants who have registered as described in the contests / raffles conditions. Among all participants, the winner will be chosen as defined in the contests / raffles conditions. Only one prize per participant is possible. A cash payment or transferability of the prize to other persons is excluded. The winners will be notified by E-Mail or as described in the contests / raffles conditions. If a winner does not respond within 21 days of the notification, the claim to the prize lapses and a substitute winner is drawn according to the same procedure. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the given address. The announcement of the winners takes place without guarantee.

Participants & disqualification

Participation is only possible from the age of 18. To participate in the raffle it is absolutely necessary that all personal details are true. Employees of TIER, its affiliated companies and contests / raffles partners, including members of the aforementioned groups, are excluded from participation. TIER is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation, double participation, inadmissible influence on the competition, manipulation, etc.. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

Changes to the Rules of Participation and Termination of the Contest or Raffle

TIER reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, TIER reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition or raffle at any time for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the scheduled running of the contest / raffle or draw. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, TIER is entitled to demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

Limitation of liability

A liability of TIER – for whatever legal reason – exists only if a damage was caused by culpable violation of a contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) in a manner endangering the achievement of the purpose of the contract or is due to intent or gross negligence.


Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision which corresponds as closely as possible to the purpose of the invalid provision.


Legal recourse is excluded in the case of competitions and raffles.
