At TIER, we know that the cost of transport can be an obstacle to city mobility. To offer more inclusive and fair access to sustainable mobility, TIER has launched 'TIER for all' in Utrecht.
TIER for all is here for U-Pas holders and students of Utrecht. U-Pas holders are entitled to 75% discount on all rides, students in Utrecht get 50% discount on all rides. This discount is valid for 3 months after approval. Extension of TIER for all is possible as long as you are eligible for U-Pas or you are a student living and/or studying in Utrecht. The offer cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

How to apply?

Step One

Make sure you have downloaded the free TIER app and created an account. It is important that you use the same name and email address on the form as you do within the TIER app.

Step Two

Make sure you have the relevant card and/or documents ready. Complete the form below and upload your photos and/or documents.

Step Three

We will process your request as soon as possible and let you know by email if/when your request is approved. You will be able to use TIER for all from that point on.
